The Hunas Falls Hotel is situated at the foot of the Hunasgiriya Mountain and is on the right of the knuckles mountain range. It is part of the continuation of the knuckles slope extending towards the Matale range of mountains and the hotel is at an elevation of 900m above sea level. The atmosphere temperature varies between 20-25°C with a refreshing cool breeze at all times and the land on which the hotel is built is a part of the Hunasgiriya estate.
